Some of you may remember our old task system, which gave players a way to report bugs and typos and ideas for the game, and, on the backend, gave the staff a convenient way to organize and store and prioritize those tasks. Unfortunately, we ran into some trouble with the hosting provider for the game a while back and lost our ability to run the web-based ticket manager we'd most recently been using, and so task submission sort of faded into a less-trackable mishmash of public chat comments and page mails.
Luckily, we never lost the in-game task program we'd used prior to the web one, and Feaelin very kindly brought it back up for us today. Those of you who were familiar with the old method of creating task system tickets won't notice much of a difference; tasks are still submitted by typing 'bug/idea/typo/gripe/compliment' followed by the text of your submission. However, the web repository, is, obviously, gone, so to track the progress of your task, you can use the command 'task #list', and, on completion, the game will now send you a page mail rather than an email.
Please feel free to send us your bug reports and your ideas! If you've ever wanted to put the staff to work, here's your opportunity; we're looking forward to making the game a better experience for all of you!
