December Featured RP Contest

Hey guys! It is that time again and I am kind of excited to be back in the saddle. Emilia has very kindly shouldered the bulk of the log contest load over the summer while I was stuck in that precarious and uncomfortable gap between readily available internet connections, but I am all wifi'd up this time and also in town, so: giving Emilia a long-overdue month off. Thanks dear!

I am pretty happy with the pickings this month, not gonna lie! November seems to have been a happenin' time for NarniaMUCK, with new arrivals of all shapes and sizes, wine-making, a fair bit of travel, a spot o' the flu in some corners of Archenland, deer hunting, arts'n'craftsing – dang, you guys. Way to pull interesting happenings out of thin air! As always, I had a hard time choosing, but here are my top picks:

• The Rogue Who Came In from the Cold – in which Nevarre is referred to as “Governor” and good sass is Dished Out. Rogue wolves are srsbsns in the Waste, guys. We got your dose of Snowback, Nevarre, Petraverd, Glyn, Caileana, and Indra right here.
• New Arrival – in which something new does some arriving! Specifics will not be specified here, but it involves Astera, Leta, Priya, and a whole bunch of fabulous superstitions. Also Tyren and Dalia.
• Sculpting – in which Lorcan is revealed to be a sensitive soul. That swoony swain. <3 Saeryn is also there. Unswooning. Well, maybe a little swooning. Wait guys wait am I matchmaking WHOOOPS.
• Gwylyn and Skarlieth visit the Stone Table – in which they don't actually visit the Stone Table. But they talk about when they did. COUNTS.

And also, as a bonus: Who's in the Training Cavern. This isn't in the contest because it's OOC, but BASICALLY it needs to be everywhere all the time! Glyn and Petraverd need to be bored every day I think if this is the sort of nonsense they come up with. Well. Maybe not every day, but AT LEAST once a week. Go read it, it is lolllzy.

Thanks everybody for your awesome contributions this month! I'm already seeing some logs in the submission box for next month, and I know there's been quite a lot of RP going on in-game, so, yay! You guys rock. We'll be going through them for the January 2012 (sheesh, 2012, you guys!) in a couple weeks, give or take a couple days for New Years nonsense, so feel free to scrub your logs and serve 'em up! Deadline is December 30th.
