Tintin++ Client

Post by Snowback »

Although TinyFugue is an old favorite, I'm switching to another old standard, Tintin++. It seems to handle better multi-byte characters, like Japanese kanji, which I'm using on an experimental start-up MUX.

Any other Tintin++ users on NarniaMUCK?

You may find that Tintin++ works best with 'prompted worlds' (LPs, Dikus, Circle, etc.) and Tinyfugue handles unprompted worlds better. Although it helps Tinyfugue handle prompted worlds if the -T'type' setting is used when using /addworld.

I wasn't confused. At least, by this.

But the world is a confusing place, and I am frequently befuddled.
