Harvest Festival and CANON EVENT Schedule

We'd like the Pevensies to disappear in conjunction with a harvest festival, but we need to know if that's going to be enough time to allow you all to be able to participate. Therefore please respond to the poll below! There are a couple of canon events that happen all around the same time, as well as the festival event, so ideally we would be looking at a one or two week period to spread things over. When I have a better idea of people's availabilities, I will make a doodle poll asking for more exact times.

NOTE: You do not need to choose only your "most" available option. You may (and please do) check as many boxes as you are available for. If you have caveats, questions, or addendums, please feel free to comment with them.

Just dropping in to say that October will not be a good time for me. However, once November hits, I should have some time for the festival!
