Logging RP Sessions

Hello everyone. I need some help with logging RP sessions. I have a few questions. The first of these is, is it possible to clean and post a log without the use of a computer? I do not have one of my own and am wondering if there is another way to clean and post my RP logs. Secondly, how can I set up a logblog on Wordpress? I have never had any sort of blog of my own and I have never used Wordpress before. Thirdly, how can I clean my RP logs? Is there anything I can use to clean them and get them ready for posting? Do you mean on a phone? I think Glyn's logscrubber should still work. (http://leopardus.org/scrubber/#Anchor2) If not, you'd have to copy and paste the text to a document (maybe a googledoc) and manually clean it (that is, read through and delete all the things that aren't poses or aren't relevant to the RP). People did do this for years and years so it's definitely possible, but a whole lot more work than using a logscrubber.

To post a log to the forum, simply click "submit a long" on the forums, and then paste your log in.

As for wordpress, I REALLY wouldn't envy someone trying to set up a wordpress blog using their phone. It would be annoying work. That said, you just need to sign up for an account, the same way you would with email or something similar, and then you'll want to follow the prompts it gives you. Post each log as a separate post. If you have trouble, there are lots of guides and youtube videos to help you. I'd recommend googling to find the help you need, since it's difficult to anticipate where you may run into trouble.

I Googled how to set up a Wordpress logblog, and it appears that you have to pay for it. I will not be able to pay for it, however, so I will probably need to use a different service. Do you know of any others that are the same as Wordpress? Or is Wordpress a free service now and wasn't ⠆⠋⠦

Wordpress blogs are free. You only have to pay if you use your own domain (so, mariel.wordpress.com would be free but mariel.com would not).

How exactly do I set up a blog on Wordpress? I went onto the site and it asked me for a domain name for my website. I don't wamt to start a website though, I want to start a blog. How do I do that?

Oh. Well, it keeps asking me for a domain name. I tried putting in Mariel but it still thinks that I want to create a website that is outside of Wordpress. I just want to create a Wordpress blog, though, and I'm still not really sure what to ⠙⠲

Without seeing what you're doing, I'm not sure how to help. I would suggest getting a real life grown up to sit down with you and help you set it up.

Might you be able to access library computers to clean logs? If not, I'd do what others suggested and try a cleaner or paste them somewhere in your phone where they could be edited. It is a bit of a process, but well worth the effort for a clean log

Unfortunately, no. Are there any other MUD clients I can use, besides MudRammer? That's the client I usually use to connect, and it works great... except for the fact that when I tried to mail my last two RP logs that had not been cleaned yet to myself, the app crashed. Are there others that are beffter for logging RP sessions so I can clean them?
